The hotel offered complimentary robes and slippers, which was a nice touch. We also had access to the aquapark on the day of our arrival and departure, making it convenient for us to relax and enjoy the facilities. The quality of the food was excellent and they used high-quality ingredients, which we really appreciated.

The housekeeping service was not up to par. Our room was not properly cleaned, and the bed linens were not changed during our week-long stay.

Excellent extra facilities including sauna world, geothermal pools, and fresh room with light snacks. Ski passes can be booked at reception. Ample on-site parking. Sauna world is impressive with steam rooms, saunas, waterfall, and more. Hotel pools are less crowded than nearby water park. Convenient ski bus option.

My stay at Galeria Thermal was fantastic. The location is excellent and I loved the big thermal complex with high-quality saunas. The food options, especially the salads, were delicious and there was a good variety to choose from throughout the day. The staff was super helpful and kind, making my experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was fantastic, with a great view, a jacuzzi, and an incredibly comfortable bed. Everything in the room was of high quality and the design was impressive. The hotel's pools were also a huge plus, as they were just as nice as the public ones but with fewer people.

We loved this place! The location is perfect, nestled in the snowy mountains with easy access to the Besenova thermal park. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities like heating, air conditioning, mini-bar, and a terrace with comfortable garden furniture. The staff here is super friendly and always willing to help. The service is top-notch, from room service to housekeeping. We even enjoyed a welcome drink and happy hour at the bar. the comfort and quality of this hotel exceeded our expectations.

Spent a fantastic New Year's Eve in a hotel with a superb private area with thermal pools and perfect location next to the water park. The sauna world was awesome and had a lot of different saunas. The hot pools and warm pool were not crowded, and the hotel provided the robes and sauna sheets.

The beds were narrow and hard, and the towels were worn out. The cleanliness of the glasses for water and the room could have been better.

The restaurant mainly serves European food, not many options for Slovakian cuisine.
